Folding Press

We use 2 Trumpf folding presses.

Here we use two types of machines which specifically depend on the application and thereby we cover a broad section of the market.

The V850 has a pressing strength of 85 tonnes and a range of operation of 2 m. This machine primarily is used to process small, thin sheet metal pieces. The main application purpose here is the manufacture of claddings, coverings and fastening clips etc for a broad range of satisfied customers.

The Trumabend V3200 has a pressing strength of 320 tonnes and a range of operation of 4 m. Therefore this machine is suited for the manufacture of medium-sized steel constructions. The main application purpose is the manufacture of consoles, stiffeners, strong fasting parts of all types. We process thicknesses of sheet metal up to 10mm St 37 with this machine.

Both machines are equipped with 7-axle technology, so that every stop and also the bending aids can be separately controlled. As a result all transverse flexures are possible.

Of course in our plumbing department a swivel bending machine is also available. The range of operation is 2m.
