Welding Robots

In our company we use 2 IGM welding robots. Each of them is built so that it can weld in three ranges of operation.

One is rotating and is mounted on a pivot and the new model is mounted onto a 10 m long track. This has 6 axles so that every movement can be simulated smoothly and so that we can optimally use its range of operation. The maximum range of operation is 3 stations each of 3 x 3 m. In addition we use turntables. The workpiece can be welded in to the underside.

Our prime application area is the processing of blowers and cylinders for wood technology and the welding of catalyst gratings for industry.
