We use a high-speed laser cutting machine
TruLaser 5030 supplied by Trumpf. This has been combined with an automatic
loading/unloading device which is connected to a fully-automatic
high-shelf sheet metal warehouse from Stopa. This sheet metal
warehouse always contains about 200 tonnes of steel metal
which covers a wide spectrum of all possible sheet metal thicknesses.
The warehouse consists of two towers, in which generally about
1 tower is filled with stainless steel and one with blacktop
material. This automation means that a human-free operation
is possible.
